Payment and Class Policies
Payments for classes are processed via PayPal, a secure and reliable method that accepts debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers. All lessons must be paid for in advance.
To ensure effective learning and class management, all class packs have a limited validity period starting from the date of purchase:
- 1-Class Pack: Valid for 1 month.
- 5-Class Pack: Valid for 2 months.
- 10-Class Pack: Valid for 3 months (90 days).
- 20-Class Pack: Valid for 5 months (150 days).
Please note: Once the validity period expires, any unused classes will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- If you need to reschedule a class, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class or no-shows will be charged in full and considered as completed.
Confirmation and Class Scheduling
The date and time of your classes will be confirmed prior to payment. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a payment confirmation email.
To maximize your learning experience, we recommend scheduling your classes in advance. If you anticipate not being able to use all classes within the validity period, consider purchasing a smaller pack that better suits your schedule.
Important Notes
- All transactions are final. There are no refunds for classes.
- Purchasing a class pack indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The validity period for your pack will be stated in your payment receipt or confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will apply only to packs purchased after the date of the update, with prior notice provided.
- Holidays will be known in advance. For whatever reason, the teacher is not able to make the lesson, the payment sent may be used to schedule a future class. If you would prefer a refund will be given.
